The Australian Dementia Network (ADNeT) Registry is an Australian-wide real-world data initiative supporting improvements in clinical care and outcomes for people living with dementia or mild cognitive impairment. Established in 2020, the Registry now has 83 sites contributing data from all Australian states and territories on over 10,000 participants. The registry has published four annual reports and provided participating sites with up to eight benchmarked site reports, allowing participating clinics the opportunity to compare patient profile and practices with peers nationally, as well as review patient and care experience measures. The Registry has approved twelve independent twelve data requests to allow secondary analysis of the data, including by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare to measure progress on the National Dementia Action Plan. In 2025, the ADNeT Registry implemented an additional dataset to collect safety and efficacy data on newly approved anti-amyloid monoclonal antibodies.
