Hip fracture patients are high-risk, complex, and time-critical, yet our current tools are blunt. Predictive AI can transform care by turning routine data into personalised, real-time risk insights for mortality, delirium, and recovery. This talk explores how AI can support anaesthetic and geriatric decision-making across the care pathway, from preoperative planning to postoperative recovery. The focus is on using AI to enhance—not replace—clinical judgement and to better align care with outcomes that matter most to older patients.
